To our wonderful clients, friends and your beautiful Spoilt Rotten doggies,
I firstly just wanted to reach out and say hello, how are you, and hope you've all been keeping well.
I wanted to send a quick (I'll try and keep it brief) email with a few updates from the salon to keep you up to date about what's on offer from our team in the coming weeks/ months.

Did you know we are now offering CAT GROOMING? Due to the high demand we have extended our opening hours to accommodate cats, and to ensure we have a 'cat only' salon for their visits. This won't impact our doggies availability as we are also welcoming a new member to the team shortly this month so you will see a new friendly face around the salon too.

Another service announcement is our new, highly effective and refined Dental Care Programme, if you speak to Mel she will give you all the information, but this new Programme is set to make changes to the oral hygiene of your doggies. It's an improvement process and longer treatment then the sessions which we offer as part of the grooming experience but takes oral hygiene to a new level! These appointments take a minimum of 30 minutes and are scheduled as separate appointments to the grooming visit.

Our shop is now fully stocked with everything festive, with perfect stocking fillers helping Santa Paws on the way... come and have a browse all our stock is out so it's there whilst stocks last...
Keep an eye on our socials and website for an update coming soon... another exciting arrival to

Spoilt Rotten... adding some creative flair with colour to your Spoilt Rotten doggies... have you seen a few local doggies strutting their stuff with their unicorn and flame tails about Chalfont St Peter yet? Disclaimer, patch tests carried out and only the best doggy friendly products used!

We are always grateful to each and every one of you who has and continues to support out small, independent business we couldn't have got here without you and it's so crazy to think that we celebrate our 10th anniversary in a matter of weeks!

SAVE THE DATE: Saturday 10th January 2026, we will be hosting our 10th Anniversary Celebration at the Chalfont St Peter salon, we would absolutely love you to all be there, old, present, new clients doggies, local businesses, residents, even if you don't have a doggy (or kitty) everyone is welcome x

As my family grows and life becomes busier, I’ve found myself being pulled in many directions. With that in mind, I’m thrilled (and very emotional!) to announce that Spoilt Rotten Pinner is now under new ownership. The Pinner salon will be owned and managed by the very talented, qualified, and experienced groomer Vaishali.
Vaishali, who lives locally and I've known for many years, has been working with the team over the past few months and has already become a wonderful part of the Spoilt Rotten family. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, and I’m confident that Spoilt Rotten Pinner is in the best possible hands to continue its growth and success for all your doggies. She even has her own adorable Cockerpoo, Coco!
Pinner clients do check out the new website www.spoiltrottenpinner.com, subscribe to updates and follow the new Instagram page 'spoiltrottendogpinner' and Facebook 'Spoilt Rotten Dog Grooming Pinner'.

Pinner Clients nothing else is changing
You’ll still see the same friendly faces and receive the same level of care, attention, and service that you and your Spoilt Rotten dogs know and love. All our existing staff, policies, and processes will remain exactly the same, so your experience at the salon will feel completely familiar. I will be in from time to time and will be giving the doggies extra cuddles when I am!
This big change allows me the time I need to focus on my family (did you know that I now home educate Sienna alongside running the salon?) and to continue to grow and flourish with our Chalfont St Peter salon. I'm sure you will see this being reflected in the speed of which we are growing and introducing new and exciting services to you all. Just to reassure everyone, there are no changes being made to the Chalfont St Peter ownership (now or ever) it remains as it is, my first baby so to speak, but with the extra time I will have you will notice more and more exciting improvements.

Thank you, once again, for your support honestly you're not only choosing the most sought after, caring, compassionate and experienced salon in Bucks to care for your doggies but you're also supporting this small business, to fight through this hard economy and to put food on our family and teams families tables.
We always welcome feedback, if you ever want to share with me or reach out my door is always open and we are always striving to develop and improve so that we continue to bring you and your doggies the absolute top level of care and service.
Lots of love
Natasha (and all of our fabulous team) x
