We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications) via our Contact Us and Subscribe forms which you submit.

To provide appointment reminder notifications
To be able to contact our website Visitors and Clients with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to show our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Your data will not be shared or sold on to any third parties. All electronic data held is password protected on a secure server, all hard copies of client records are kept in a locked, secure location.

When visiting for registration you will be required to complete a client contract agreement providing us contact information.

We may contact you with appointment reminder notifications, general promotional offers, welfare and well-being top tips for your dog, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages and mail. We also have CCTV which obviously records a person’s likeness in video of registration form completion.

Our website uses cookies. We have a cookie option to allow you to turn these off during your browsing at the bottom of our homepage.
